Consulting and advisory services for ERP Evaluation, selection and implementation

Client is a part of a large group in the renewables energy space and operates in the carbon credit management space. We provided consulting and advisory services to evaluate, select and guide them through the entire implementation lifecycle of the ERP (SAP Business One). A thorough scientific methodology was followed with deep involvement for successful completion of the project. The solution has been deployed in the AWS cloud environment.

As a next phase, blockchain technology solution is being worked upon for the carbon credits identification, tracking and tracing.
