Access control solution for enterprise systems based on machine learning based role determination

Solution receives a request from a user to access an enterprise system, via a chatbot, and further inputs by providing at least one of interactive menu-based and natural language-based queries on a GUI. Further, the user role, a transaction code and/or an authorization code corresponding to the request in the enterprise system is determined on the basis of risk assessment. Thereafter, the role-based access is granted to the user.
